Sweet with a Bite
Kentucky Coffeetree
Your traditional Old Fashioned meets Aperol (minus the Spritz). This drink takes all that’s good about the classic and makes it even better for an aperitif that serves as your loyal companion for any occasion. The Kentucky Coffeetree was discovered by America’s early settlers, and they noticed its seeds had a striking resemblance to coffee beans. Once roasted, the coffeetree seeds were consumed as a substitute whenever supply was running short. Here’s our cocktail reimagining those elements in a glass.
